Cooperation

On May 30, 2018 the director of the National Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Gevorg Vardanyan met with the Technical Adviser of SME State Support Program  in Armenia Pierre Privich and  consultant, intermediary and trainer of the Kaldschmidt Consult company Syuzanna Kaldschmidt.  The meeting was also attended by the Head of Innovation commercialization and enterpreneurship support department, representatives of other departments.

Pierre Privich presented the activities carried out by the German International Cooperation Agency in Armenia in the frame of  research and innovation projects «Support to SME Development in Armenia» and «Horizon 2020» aimed for supporting start-up entrepreneurs, local economic development activities and implementation of innovative projects.

Privich presented Syuzanna Kaldschmidt  from Germany as an expert on capacity and continuous development of state and private companies.

The director of the Center  briefly presented the activities of the Center and its four regional branches, the resources of the Scientific and Technical Library of the Center, the  informative, library and consulting services provided to innovators, entrepreneurs, scholars, students and other stakeholders.

The head of the department of Innovation commercialization and entrepreneurship support  presented the ongoing works aimed  to support the commercialization of innovative ideas, noting the necessity to organize long-term trainings for the managers of the International Youth Scientific School «Innovation Management» and offers various professionals from abroad to be involved for  the implementation of the training.

Syuzanna Kaldschmidt  visited the Center's departments, library funds and discussed  the problems of the Center. At the end of the meeting, she expressed her  willingness to cooperate and to be useful  in promoting for more effective activites of the Center.
