Clever slippers: Nissan extends self-parking technology

Leave this to vehicle giant Nissan to create a program for house slippers to “park” themselves in the push of the button. With Japan’s ProPILOT Park Ryokan Inn, house slippers are equipped with 2 tiny tires, a electric motor, and detectors to “drive” across the wood lobby ground using Nissan’s ProPilot Recreation area technology. This particular self-driving strategy is also rigged into the hotel’s tables plus floor cushions. When not being used, they immediately return to their particular designated places at the press of a switch. Nissan states the technologies entertains visitors and decreases staff workload.
